A return from Chris Bristow to Havant last season in turn saw a return for the squad back into the national leagues (finally, after stuttering at the finish line, unfortunately for them, at a few attempts previously).
And it looks like Havant's experienced number 1 will be using Mercian foam this season, wearing the new kickers and pads designed by Tommy (and also used by Amy Tennant at EG and others). Game photos show he is still using Obo gloves (out of personal preference I'd imagine and a change in technique potentially too close to make the switch to be at peak performance going into the season).
Interesting to see more national league goalies making the change to Mercian and going for Tommy's design of which he tested the prototypes himself in action for Reading.
