Another uninteresting fact about kit, but it seems like Peterborough's Chris Vine is the only goalkeeper currently in the EHL playing in Gryphon kit. With most other goalkeepers using more well known manufacturers, it's interesting to see a 'minor' kit getting used in the British Isles (as opposed to being more popular 'down under!). Vine used to be at Midlands Prem side Northampton Saints, before moving to East Prem A side Peterborough, helping them to promotion and staying in the EHL as they are now. Former Chelmsford goalkeeper Carl Wright (when they were in the national league before demotion), also wore Gryphon kit so it's not totally unheard of, but oft overlooked!
