Jukes another using Mercian LHP prototype

Looks like Mercian's LHP prototype is being tested by Reading's Jukes and not just Simon Mason. Which means I was right about something for once and made my first proper equipment sighting! And the glove itself is a very slim profile, so a lot like the Obo and TK gloves, but slightly thinner. It's also quite square like the Monarch lhp, with the curved edges. It's pretty unique in having a strap that runs across the face of the glove, with a buckle set-up to tighten it up and keep it on the hand. Should be up to the standard of national league hockey as Mason has proved, but will be interesting to see what others think and what properties it brings. Heard (read actually!) that's intended for release next season or year and will be part of the Ultimate/Extreme style upper tier range divisions.
