Recently managed to track down some recent Hoofdklasse clips on Youtube, gratefully making it easier to follow the elite Dutch league without being there in person! I had heard/read of rumours that Cortes was being benched because of his dip in form being so great. He seems to be on a bit of a downturn, even though he makes the odd great save and elite level challenge, shutting down attacks. Although he is in a level of his own in comparison to most of the other Spanish goalkeeping talent, he was seemed to hit a bit of a slump of late, internationally (seeing him look much more passive in warm-up matches before the London Olympics). I assume most of the clips are from games before January, so hopefully his refinding of form in the Indian Premier League will change things around for him and Den Bosch.
