Interview with SA's Pieterse

Came across an interesting interview with South Africa's Rassie Pieterse whilst at the World Hockey League tournament during the round he played in, in Brazil, last year. Interesting to see he's using the TK 1 Chest pad with shoulder caps (which are loose/aren't held down), which is designed a lot like the chest pad option you'd get if you got an ice hockey goalie body armour and took the arms off (which I used to use; the ice hockey using reinforced plastic or something, can't remember the specifics but more protective effectively if you get one that is built for higher levels of the game!). And he also seems to be making use of the Obo elbow pads for forearm and added protection presumably (TK do good arm pads but not the same coverage offered by their elbow pads). Anyhoo, Pieterse provides some interesting insight into the pressures of the position and the need to overcome that and be the difference maker. Have a watch!

Edit: forgot to mention the South African flag paint job that's on his helmet. Quite unique for a TK helmet, haven't seen any others customised like this!
