With more photos surfacing of the new Platinum range for TK with its D3O usage (Monarch having been the first to make use of this pioneering equipment feature) and Isoblox, there seems to have been little or no change to the helmet TK produce for their elite level goalkeeping kit. That being said, the chin on the helmet looks fairly short in comparison to say an ice hockey goaltender's mask. It might just be the camera angle, but by the looks of it there is little plastic shell after where the cage ends and the plastic meets it. This would reinforce the need for extra neck protection like ice hockey danglers just to make sure and calm any fears of getting hit there.
