When looking to customise your helmet; to add a little colour or flair to it, an easy option can be electrical tape! Or some other suitably coloured tape. As demonstrated by Polo Barcelona's Oriol Fabregas at the EHL KO16 games, a simple but effective colour design is to tape two parallel lines from the front to end of the helmet. If you do want to 'dress up' your helmet, then it's an easy approach if you don't want to make a huge effort or don't have the artistic skill perhaps. Just a random thought anyway!
