As with all rumours, they're just talk until anything is confirmed.
So far, the rumourmongers have been chirping about:
Tommy Alexander moving to play in Germany (makes a fair amount of sense due to his connections there)
Richard Curtis (SA goalkeeper) has been playing with Holcombe (Tonbridge 9's etc.) so presumably it's a case of signing on the dotted line officially that means he is in the squad
Henry Emmett has left Sevenoaks and is looking for a club
