Before I got round to posting up that Amir Bahia made the interesting switch to West Herts, having played in the seconds at Richmond before struggling with injury last season, his return to Indian Gymkhana was registered through England Hockey. Presumably he was looking to break into the 1st XI and take over in Herts, but has returned to his former club.
Qas Mir and the side have been struggling so far in the first few games of the season, suffering heavy defeats, and it looks like management is considering their options in order to instigate a turnaround. Theo Dowse is already around as a reserve choice, having also benched for England U21's over the summer, so with four goalkeepers now on 'their books' (the most amount in the national league at the moment), there may be change coming in the wind, if not a securing of depth in the goalkeeping department at the club.
