A blog for and about hockey goalkeepers and goalkeeping, trying to expand their coverage, given what a niche market it is! Was a little disappointed that there is nothing like this around so thought I'd have a bash at remedying that! Written with a slightly Gonzo journalistic approach. Thoughts and analysis of the elite. All opinions are my own; can't be bothered with anyone else's after all!

Gibson takes GB to AYOF finals
Loughborough's Harry Gibson has been performing well for GB in the Australian youth Olympics festival, taking to them to the final against Australia. Would be a good why he's not been in action for Loughborough in the indoor Maxifuel series (can't work out the name of the goalkeeper who has been playing in place of him!). Beaten in overtime by a resilient Australia, they took home the silver. Earning a clean sheet against the US in a 6-0 thrashing, GB had an otherwise sturdy defence backstopped by Gibson who will be returning to EHL action in the near future.
