A blog for and about hockey goalkeepers and goalkeeping, trying to expand their coverage, given what a niche market it is! Was a little disappointed that there is nothing like this around so thought I'd have a bash at remedying that! Written with a slightly Gonzo journalistic approach. Thoughts and analysis of the elite. All opinions are my own; can't be bothered with anyone else's after all!

Indoor season continues
Not much to write on really without being there in person, but Tom Skinner has started for Bath in the Division 2 South league, with Phil Carr obviously starting in all of Oxted's games as he leads Oxted in his first official indoor games since his Loughborough days. Ashley Watson has got some games in for Beeston, also wearing elbow pads in comparison to his normal 'dutch' outdoor style of play. Having two keepers obviously makes it easier for a team as they can rest one for the next game, in constant rotation. Ben Cowling has been playing for Canterbury, like last season, with his work commitments meaning the outdoor season is more of a difficulty. That should give Canterbury more options with his wealth of experience.
