A blog for and about hockey goalkeepers and goalkeeping, trying to expand their coverage, given what a niche market it is! Was a little disappointed that there is nothing like this around so thought I'd have a bash at remedying that! Written with a slightly Gonzo journalistic approach. Thoughts and analysis of the elite. All opinions are my own; can't be bothered with anyone else's after all!

Indoor season gets underway
With depths of winter upon us, the EHL has switched to indoor withe Super Sixes and national league round-table tournaments upon us. Rob Turner at Bowdon has been wearing the new style Obo elbow pads, normally wearing thinned down lacrosse style elbow protection. Loughborough's second choice behind Martin (not sure on his name so can't tie it down!), is wearing an interesting set-up with Brabo leg guards and kickers, switching from Brabo to TK gloves and wearing a helmet/cage combo. Reading's newfound starter Bailey continues to start in the indoor league, with no changes to his kit. And Canterbury's form hasn't seem to have translated to indoor; not much else notable to report on!
