Olympics watch: days 5/6

Men's
Pontifex pulled off some world class saves for New Zealand, showing strong positioning and angle play. Lee continued to show his ability against penalty corners but his low glove stance make it easy for him to get scored against high to his right glove side. Vivaldi 'stood tall' to allow Argentina to draw against Australia. Vanasch also made key saves and showed the importance of having a strong goalkeeper within a team performance.

Women's
Belgium and China's goalkeepers both looked shaky and could have done better against some of the goals allowed, going down too early and allowing 'soft' goals to squeak through them. Storry didn't do as well as she has been for GB.
